Hillel Academy's Parent Teacher Organization (PTO)

Welcome to the Hillel Academy Parents Teacher Organization (PTO)!!  We are excited about the 2011-2012 school year and look forward to seeing everyone around Hillel's campus and community programs.  
 
Whether your family has just joined us, or is returning for another great year, we welcome you to our community and hope you'll participate in all of the many PTO activities planned for the coming year. With a student at Hillel Academy, you and your families are part of the Hillel Academy PTO.
 
The PTO will keep you current on all of the school's events and provide you with opportunities to build relationships with other parents, teachers and staff.  We hope you will call upon the PTO as a source of support and assistance.  
 
Hillel Academy's PTO supports the school through various endeavors.  Teacher supply requests and student field trips are a top priority.  New this year is the Hillel Academy Student Tikkun Olam Project. Designed to support the students' understanding of repairing the world, Hillel Academy will aide The Dayton Jewish Community Food Pantry, Dayton's Children's Medical Center, and Zion Orphanage Jerusalem through student directed ventures, donated items and funds.  

 
Parents are an essential part of Hillel Academy, and your support has a dramatic and positive effect. You are encouraged to increase your involvement this year any way you can.  Our Yad B' Yad programs provides numerous opportunities for participation.
